Jamie Oller, LMT, CPM

Jamie Oller is a licensed massage therapist and certified professional midwife with nearly two decades of experience supporting people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her sessions are deeply personalized, blending a wide range of bodywork techniques with real-time education, emotional support, and trauma-informed care. Whether teaching a class or providing hands-on treatment, Jamie meets each client exactly where they are.

Clients often describe Jamie as intuitive, grounded, and empowering. She has a passion for demystifying the body and loves explaining physical processes in ways that help clients better understand themselves and make confident choices about their care. She especially loves working with people who may not see themselves reflected in mainstream wellness spaces and is skilled at creating inclusive, affirming environments.

Jamie brings both clinical insight and personal experience to her work. After navigating a complex pregnancy and postpartum journey with her first child, she became even more devoted to bridging the gap between provider care and real-life healing. She is currently preparing to sit for the IBCLC exam, expanding her already deep knowledge of lactation and infant feeding.

When she’s not in the clinic, Jamie can be found exploring the outdoors with her toddler, laughing at their latest shenanigans, or catching up on her favorite podcasts. She has lived in Oregon for over a decade, after growing up in Kansas and traveling widely in her 20s. Her work is guided by a belief in holistic health, justice, and the healing power of being truly seen and supported.

Jamie is in network with Kaiser/Heraya plans with self referral benefits.
