Christy is a Family Support Specialist and Coach with over two decades of experience working with parents/ caregivers and children to strengthen their connection and nurture emotional well-being. With a foundation in counseling, child development, art therapy, and education advocacy, Christy offers practical tools and compassionate guidance for anyone navigating the complexities of life with children. As a mother of two, her coaching style blends professional insight with lived understanding.

Christy offers 1:1 personalized coaching sessions designed to meet you where you are. You will learn strategies and skills, while creating space for regulation and personal growth. Christy approaches her coaching sessions from a place of empathy, presence, and a spirit of curiosity. She also has a deep understanding of the impact that trauma, exhaustion and overwhelm can have on our family relationships. Her work is rooted in respect for each individual’s story, and believes we can only thrive when we feel seen and supported. Christy partners with parents and caregivers who are ready to shift from managing life — to living it.
