This class is a 90 min mix of lecture and Q&A covering the common concerns, realities and misconceptions about pregnancy and birth in a larger body. General disease overview, risk factors, birth concerns, postpartum healing and nursing are all covered in this class as well as safe sleep for your baby. Bring your questions, fears, gossip and leave feeling empowered and grounded in the facts of fat pregnancy.
