Hannah Fazendin, LMT

Hannah Fazendin is a licensed massage therapist with a focus on nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care. Her work blends the precision of Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy with a deep respect for the quiet wisdom of the body. For Hannah, every session is a conversation—she listens closely to the body’s signals and offers gentle, customized care that supports release, safety, and softening.

Hannah believes that real healing begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to let go. Her treatments often begin by inviting the body into a parasympathetic “rest and digest” state, allowing space for deep unwinding and recalibration. She rejects the “no pain, no gain” mentality in favor of subtle, powerful work that honors the body’s pace and intelligence. Her clients often find that this gentler approach creates lasting shifts in both physical and emotional wellbeing.

A lifelong learner fascinated by the overlap between science and mystery, Hannah brings both technical knowledge and intuitive presence to her sessions. Her own experience living with complex PTSD has shaped her understanding of how trauma lives in the body—and how it can be gently released, layer by layer.

Hannah has called Portland home for over 15 years, with roots in Ridgefield, WA, and meaningful seasons spent caring for family across the country. Outside the clinic, you can find her writing morning pages, laughing at pictures of running Basset Hounds, or proudly holding the title of Auntie to her nieces and nephews.
